朱洪波，男，1995年生，工学博士。主要研究方向为遥感信息智能提取与分析和定量遥感研究。作为项目负责人主持辽宁省教育厅基本科研项目一项，作为主要参与人完成国家自然科学基金2项。以第一作者及通讯作者身份发表学术论文7篇，其中SCI论文4篇。参与授权国家发明专利3项，担任《Big Earth Data》、《Remote Sensing Letters》等学术期刊审稿人。
